Nvidia License Agreement

The SDK is allowed for you, in order to develop applications only for use in systems with NVIDIA-GPUs. Defensive suspension. No license, express or implied, is granted under nVIDIA patent rights, copyright or other NVIDIA intellectual property rights, in accordance with this document. The information published by NVIDIA regarding third-party products or services does not constitute a NVIDIA license for the use of such products or services, nor is there a guarantee or approval of those products. The use of such information may require a third-party license under third-party patents or other intellectual property rights or a NVIDIA license under NVIDIA`s patents or other intellectual property rights.

2.2 You cannot copy, sell, rent, sublicens, transfer, distribute, modify or create derivative works. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, NVIDIA hereats you with a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence without the sublicensing right (except expressly provided for in this Agreement) to: 2.3 If you do not have an agreement with NVIDIA to do so, you cannot indicate that an NVIDIA application established with the SDK is sponsored or supported. The SDK can be bundled or distributed with you with third-party software authorized by an NVIDIA provider and/or open source software provided under an open source license. The use of software by third parties, the licensing conditions of a third party or, in the absence of third-party conditions, are subject to the terms of this Agreement. Copyright on third-party software belongs to copyright owners who are listed in the third party software or license. 3.1 The related software, modifications and intellectual property rights are owned by NVIDIA or its licensees and are licensed to you under this Agreement.
